- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves, roughly chopped
Directions
