Ingredients

  • 15 ounces white rum
  • 5 ounces gin
  • 5 ounces Galliano (Italian herbal liqueur)
  • 20 ounces fresh orange juice
  • 10 ounces Spiced Pineapple Syrup
  • 1 scant ounce chocolate bitters
  • 1 big block of ice, plus crushed ice for serving
  • 10 pineapple wedges and 10 maraschino cherries, for garnish

Directions

    In a punch bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the ice and garnishes.

    Refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.

    Stir the punch, then add the big block of ice.

    Ladle into chilled crushed-ice-filled tiki mugs and garnish each drink with 1 pineapple wedge and 1 cherry
