- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 None onion, thinly sliced
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, cubed
- 1 1/2 cups jarred butter chicken simmer sauce
- 12 oz potatoes, peeled, chopped and cooked
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 4 None naan bread
- 2 cups salad greens
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup mango chutney
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Saute onion 4-5 mins, until golden. Add chicken and cook 5-6 mins, until well browned.

3Stir in sauce and potatoes. Simmer 4-5 mins, until chicken is cooked through. Add peas and simmer 1 min.

4Meanwhile, wrap naan loosely in foil. Bake 4-5 mins until heated through.

5Place each naan on a serving plate. Top with greens, butter chicken, a dollop of yogurt and chutney.
