- 1 1/2 lb. Velveeta, cubed
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 (15 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- Tabasco sauce
Directions

1Melt cubed cheeses over low heat (a microwave works well at 1/2 to 3/4 power setting).

3Start adding Tabasco sauce until dip is hot enough, keeping in mind that it gets hotter as it stands.
