- 1 whole Egg
- 2 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Split
- 1 cup Crushed Corn Tortilla Chips
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Or Monterey Jack Cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2In a shallow baking dish melt the butter in the preheating oven.

3Whisk the egg, dredge the chicken breasts in the egg then roll them in the crushed nacho chips.

4Place the chicken in the melted butter, in a single layer in the baking dish.

5Bake for 10 minutes.

6Turn and cook for an additional 10 minutes.

7Remove from the oven and cover with salsa and cheese.

8Bake 10 more minutes or until the cheese is melted.
