  • 1 whole Egg
  • 2 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Split
  • 1 cup Crushed Corn Tortilla Chips
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Or Monterey Jack Cheese

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    In a shallow baking dish melt the butter in the preheating oven.

    Whisk the egg, dredge the chicken breasts in the egg then roll them in the crushed nacho chips.

    Place the chicken in the melted butter, in a single layer in the baking dish.

    Bake for 10 minutes.

    Turn and cook for an additional 10 minutes.

    Remove from the oven and cover with salsa and cheese.

    Bake 10 more minutes or until the cheese is melted.
