  • 1/2 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (7 oz.) can green chilies
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour

Directions

    Combine cheeses and layer 1/2 in 9 x 9-inch dish. Cover with chilies.

    Mix eggs, milk and flour.

    Pour over cheese.

    Pour on the remainder of the cheese.

    Bake for 1 hour at 325°.

    Serve warm with tortilla chips.
