- 1 large box Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 lb. sausage
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can tomatoes and green chiles (optional)
Directions

1Cut Velveeta into chunks and place in saucepan with milk. Heat on medium to melt cheese.

2Stir constantly.

3Brown sausage and ground beef and drain.

4Mix meat and cheese.

5Add tomatoes and green chiles (if desired).

6Pour in crock-pot and turn on warm when ready to eat.

7Serve with any brand of nacho chips.
