  • 1 can Old El Paso refried beans
  • 1/2 (16 oz.) jar medium salsa
  • 1/2 envelope taco seasoning
  • 2 small avocados
  • 1/4 c. taco sauce
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • shredded lettuce
  • 10 oz. grated sharp Cheddar
  • 1 small chopped tomato
  • 1 bag nachos
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Mix refried beans, salsa and taco seasoning and spread on large dish or platter.

    Mash avocados; add lemon juice and taco sauce.

    Mix together well and spread on top of bean mixture. Spread sour cream on top of that.

    Top with lettuce, Cheddar cheese and tomato.

    Dip with nachos.
