- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 (12 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped and drained
- 8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz. Velveeta cheese, diced
- 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
- chili powder
- 1 bag nachos
Directions

1Brown meat, green pepper and onion together.

2Drain excess grease.

3Add tomatoes.

4Divide meat in 3 portions.

5Layer bottom of casserole dish with meat mixture. Sprinkle with chili powder, salt and pepper.

6Layer with 1/3 of cheese.

7Repeat layering 2 more times.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

9Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with black olives and green olives (chopped).
