  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Chili-O seasoning mix
  • 1 can bean dip
  • 5 drops of Texas Pete
  • 2 tsp. parsley
  • 1/4 c. taco sauce/salsa
  • 3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 c. Monterey Jack, shredded

Directions

    Mix well and spread into a 9 x 13 pan (spray with Pam). Sprinkle 1/4 cup Cheddar and 1/4 cup Monterey Jack.

    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.
