  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in chunks
  • 1 large jar salsa (any flavor, hot or mild)
  • 1 can chili beans, drained (optional)

Directions

    Cook ground beef and drain.

    Melt Velveeta cheese in a crock-pot.

    Add beef, salsa and beans in cheese.

    After cheese is smooth, turn crock-pot down on low.

    Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
