  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 small Pet milk

Directions

    Season meat with onion, salt and pepper.

    Cook and drain meat. Add tomatoes and cheese, stirring constantly.

    Do not add Pet milk until ready to serve.

    Heat and serve over nacho chips.
