- 2 cans whole kernel corn
- 1/2 c. chopped green onion top
- 1/2 c. chopped sweet red pepper
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. half and half or Milnot
- 2 tsp. sugar
- pinch of salt and pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease 8-inch square baking dish. Saute onion and pepper in oleo 3 to 5 minutes. Add milk, half and half and rest of ingredients to bowl with eggs.

3Pour into baking dish.

4Set dish in larger pan, place in oven, pour 1 inch of boiling water in outer pan.

5Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

6Remove from water bath and serve.

7Yields 6 servings.
