  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 cans crushed pineapple
  • 2 (8 oz.) cartons Cool Whip
  • 1 box vanilla wafers

Directions

    In a pot, stir eggs, sugar and butter.

    Heat until butter is melted. Cool the mixture. Add the pineapple and juice.

    Fold in Cool Whip, then layer mixture with vanilla wafers.

    Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

    Refrigerate leftovers.

    You can use peaches, strawberries or any other fruit.
