  • 1 pkg. strawberry or raspberry jello
  • 1 pt. heavy whipping cream
  • 1 pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped (optional)
  • 1 c. whole cranberry sauce

Directions

    Use a cold beater and bowl and whip cream to stiff peaks. Place in refrigerator.

    Make jello with 1 cup boiling water only and cool to room temperature.

    Drain pineapple with juice; add water to make 1 cup of juice.

    Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add cooled jello slowly and pineapple juice.

    Fold in pineapple chunks and cranberry sauce.

    Lastly add and fold in whipped cream and walnuts.

    Grease a jello mold and pour contents.

    If extra, make a smaller mold.

    Best when made 24 hours ahead.

    May be used as a dessert or with chicken or turkey.
