Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef or ground deer meat
  • 1 lb. smoked or fresh pork sausage
  • 1 pkg. hot or mild chillo mix
  • 10 or so fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/8 to 1/4 c. chopped jalapenos
  • 1/2 qt. tomato juice (more may be used to desired consistency)
  • 1 c. uncooked pasta

    Brown meats and onion.

    Add chillo mix and all ingredients, except jalapenos.

    Simmer.

    Add jalapenos before serving.
