Ingredients
- 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams, undrained
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 4 medium potatoes, finely diced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 4 c. skim canned milk
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. cold water
Directions

1Place all ingredients except milk and cornstarch in Dutch oven.

2Bring to boil, then reduce to simmer until potatoes are tender.

3Mix cornstarch with cold water until dissolved.

4Pour into clam mixture.

5Add milk.

6Simmer until thickened, stirring often.

7(Do not boil.)

8Serve immediately.
