  • 1 lb of frozen crawfish tails
  • 2 onions chopped fine
  • 2 green peppers chopped fine
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 jar of cheeze whiz
  • a few finely chopped jalapenas
  • Tony Chacherez's cajun seasoning
  • 1 pkg of angel hair pasta
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Melt butter in large saucepot.

    Add onions and green peppers.

    Saute.

    Add seasoning to taste.

    Add soup and cheeze.

    When hot and bubbly add crawfish tails.

    Cook about 8 minutes.

    Serve over angel hair pasta.
