- 4 c. unripe nangka, peeled and diced
- 1/2 c. small red onion, diced
- 1 lb. shrimp
- 1/4 c. tomatoes, diced
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar or to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. coconut cream
Directions

1Boil nangka until tender. Squeeze liquid off. Cook shrimp and peel. Mix nangka, shrimp, tomatoes, onion and coconut cream. Add vinegar, salt and pepper. Serve as appetizer.
