  • 4 c. unripe nangka, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 c. small red onion, diced
  • 1 lb. shrimp
  • 1/4 c. tomatoes, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar or to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. coconut cream

Directions

    Boil nangka until tender. Squeeze liquid off. Cook shrimp and peel. Mix nangka, shrimp, tomatoes, onion and coconut cream. Add vinegar, salt and pepper. Serve as appetizer.
