  • 20 medium- large nappa cabbage leaves
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1/2 daikon
  • 20 sprigs cilantro
  • 40 leaves mint
  • 3/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • juice of 3 limes (1/3 cup)

Directions

    Julienne pepper, carrot, daikon.

    Boil water. Blanch napa cabbage until pliable (1-2 minutes); remove and pat dry.

    Top stem end with a few pieces of veggies, 1 sprig cilantro & 2 leaves mint. Roll up.

    Whisk sauce and lime for dipping.
