Napa Salad

Ingredients
- 1 large head Napa cabbage, chopped (discard core)
- 6 green onions, diced
- 4 oz. slivered almonds
- 4 oz. sunflower seeds
- 2 pkg. Ramen noodles (remove flavor packets)
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. safflower or sunflower oil
- 1 1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
- 1 stick oleo or butter
Directions

1Mix cabbage and green onions and refrigerate overnight or at least 2 hours.

2Break noodles into small pieces and saute them with the almonds and the sunflower seeds in the butter until lightly browned, then refrigerate.

3Combine cabbage mixture and noodle mixture about 2 hours before serving.

4Mix soy sauce, sugar, oil and vinegar and pour over salad about 15 minutes before serving.

5This makes a very large salad.
