- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb. green cactus, peeled and diced*
- 3 c. water
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- seasoned salt
- salt
- pepper
- cumin
Directions

1Cube the pork; fry in a skillet with onion and garlic.

2In a large Dutch oven, add all ingredients, salt and pepper to taste and 1/4 teaspoon cumin and seasoned salt.

3Heat for 1 hour.
