- 2 onions, chopped
- 4 Tbsp. oil
- 2 tsp. soy or Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 4 oz. cooked meat, diced
- 3 c. cooked long grain rice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Fry onions in oil until tender.

2Add meat and cooked rice and stir until well mixed.

3Add Worcestershire sauce, curry powder, salt and pepper; stir until hot.

4Make well in center of rice and break eggs into it.

5Stir eggs until partly scrambled; then mix rice into it.

6Stir until well blended.

7Serve on platter surrounded by 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced.
