  • 1 1/2 c. brown rice, cooked
  • 1 c. zucchini, shredded
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 wheat germ
  • 1/4 c. medium sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

    Spray loaf pan with nonstick vegetable spray.
