- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 qt. popped popcorn
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. sunflower seeds
- 1 c. whole cashews
Directions

1Melt margarine in small saucepan; stir in honey, lemon peel and cinnamon.

2Drizzle over popcorn in a large bowl; toss gently. Add raisins, sunflower seeds and cashews.

3Toss gently until well blended.

4Makes 2 1/2 quarts.
