  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 1 5/8 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

Directions

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

    Mix the sugar with the butter, egg, and cinnamon.

    Gradually, add the flour to a soft, but moldable dough.

    Wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

    Roll out the dough, and use a biscuit cutter to cut out the biscuits.

    Place the biscuits on a silicone mat, or in a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
