- 6 nectarines
- lavender extract
- 5 5/8 tablespoons salted butter
- 1 5/8 cups flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 5/8 cup milk
- 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2Peel and dice the nectarines.Melt the butter, then set aside to cool.

3Add three drops of lavender extract to the diced nectarines. Mix.

4Sift together the flour, brown sugar, almond flour, and yeast.

5In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the melted butter and milk.

6Briefly mix the egg mixture with the sifted ingredients, just until combined.

7Divide the mixture into greased muffin tins, top with nectarines.
