  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened

Directions

    Mix together cake mix, oleo, eggs, pecans and coconut.

    Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.

    Mix powdered sugar, vanilla and cream cheese.

    Put on top of first layer.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Serve cold.

    Keep refrigerated.
