Neiman-Marcus Cake

   Mix cake mix with softened margarine and 1 egg.

   Press into pan.

   Sprinkle chips over mix evenly.

   Beat eggs, cream cheese and powdered sugar together.

   Pour over mix and chips.

   Sprinkle chopped pecans over this.

   Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan (greased). Bake for 30 minutes in a 350° oven.
