  • 1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

    Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch oblong pan.

    Mix cake mix with 2 eggs and butter.

    Pour into pan.

    Mix sugar, eggs and cream cheese.

    Pour over first layer and bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350°.
