  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. Nestle Quik
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk

Directions

    Sift together sugar, Nestle Quik, flour and the cinnamon. Bring margarine and water to boil.

    Add to dry ingredients with eggs, buttermilk and vanilla.

    Batter will be thin.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
