  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. chocolate
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch (heaping)
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix all together; save egg whites.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 300° until firm (about 1 hour).

    Beat egg whites and add 2 tablespoons sugar for each egg white.

    Add 1/4 teaspoon vanilla.
