- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Beat eggs slightly.

2Add sugar and salt.

3Add milk and vanilla flavoring. Pour into 8-inch glass baking dish or 8 individual baking cups.

4Sprinkle with nutmeg.

5Set in pan of hot water and bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.

6Cool at room temperature. Serve plain or top with whipped cream.
