- milk
- 2 level tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Sift dry ingredients into mixing bowl. Beat egg in a measuring cup.

2Add enough milk to make 1/2 cup liquid.

3Add to dry ingredients, beating until all the flour is mixed in.

4Let raise 5 minutes.

5Drop by spoonfuls onto hot beef stew or chicken broth. Cook for 20 minutes, covered.
