  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. shortening
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 5 Tbsp. broth or water

Directions

    Mix flour, salt, shortening, egg and broth (or water).

    Stir well. Roll out thin on well floured surface. Let dry 15 minutes. Cut into strips and drop in slow boiling broth.
