- 1 lb. candied cherries
- 1 lb. candied pineapple
- 1 lb. pitted chopped dates
- 1 lb. pecans, chopped
- 14 oz. bag coconut (Baker's Angel Flake)
- 3 Tbsp. flour (optional)
- 2 cans Eagle Brand milk
Directions

1Chop fruit and nuts in a large mixing bowl.

2Add coconut and mix well with hands.

3Add flour; mix.

4Add milk and mix well.

5Pack firmly in a 10-inch lightly greased loose bottom tube pan (line bottom with greased wax paper).

6If desired, decorate top with pecan halves and cherries.

7Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300°.

8Remove and run knife around edge and remove rim of pan.

9When barely warm, remove tube bottom and wax paper.

10Keeps indefinitely or freeze.
