- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 4 c. granulated sugar
- 1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter
- 2 (12 oz. ) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips or peanut butter chips
- 1 pt. (7 oz.) Marshmallow Creme
- chopped nuts (if desired)
Directions

1Bring to a rolling boil the milk, sugar and butter.

2Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

3(Syrup should form a soft ball stage when tested in cold water, 232°.)

4Remove from heat and stir in the chips and creme.

5Add nuts, if desired.

6Spread into a greased 10 x 13-inch cake pan.

7Chill until firm.

8Store in an airtight container.
