Never-Fail Hot Rolls

Ingredients

  • 3 c. warm water
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 10 c. flour
  • 3/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Put in a small bowl, warm water, sugar and yeast; let set 15 minutes.

    Put in a large bowl, flour and salt.

    Mix yeast mixture into flour.

    Knead about 3 minutes.

    Remove any leftover flour. Grease the bowl and dough.

    Let rise to double the amount; knead down.

    Let rise again.

    Make into light rolls.

    Also makes delicious cinnamon rolls.

    Will keep a week in refrigerator.

    Just knead down each day and bake as desired.
