Never-Fail Hot Rolls

Ingredients
- 3 c. warm water
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 10 c. flour
- 3/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Put in a small bowl, warm water, sugar and yeast; let set 15 minutes.

2Put in a large bowl, flour and salt.

3Mix yeast mixture into flour.

4Knead about 3 minutes.

5Remove any leftover flour. Grease the bowl and dough.

6Let rise to double the amount; knead down.

7Let rise again.

8Make into light rolls.

9Also makes delicious cinnamon rolls.

10Will keep a week in refrigerator.

11Just knead down each day and bake as desired.
