- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 2 c. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 Tbsp. white corn syrup
- 1/2 c. sweet milk
Directions

1Mix all ingredients.

2Stir until sugar begins to dissolve. Let come to a good boil, stirring constantly.

3Boil 2 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon vanilla.

4Beat well and spread.

5Great when used on Hershey Bar Cake.
