- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 3 egg whites
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Blend cornstarch and water in pan.

2Add boiling water and cook stirring until clear and thickened.

3Cool completely.

4Beat egg whites at high speed till foamy.

5Slowly add sugar and beat until stiff but not dry.

6Turn speed to low and add salt and vanilla.

7Gradually add cornstarch mixture, and mix with mixer. Beat at high speed and beat well.

8Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Cuts well and never gets sticky.
