- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 3 separated egg whites
Directions

1Place sugar, cornstarch and water in saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly and cook until mixture is thick, then cool.

2Beat egg whites until stiff.

3Add cooled sugar mixture and beat well. Spread over pie filling and bake 20 minutes or until browned at 350°.
