- 1/2 c. water
- salt
- 3 egg whites
Directions

1Cook together cornstarch, sugar, water and salt until thick and clear.

3Beat egg whites until frothy.

4Continue beating while slowly pouring cooked mixture over egg whites.

5Beat 5 minutes.

6Place on top of pie or dessert.

7Bake at 350° until nicely browned.
