- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Break eggs into bowl; add milk, flour and salt.

2Mix well with spoon, disregarding lumps.

3Fill well-greased Pyrex custard cups 3/4 full.

4Place in a cold oven.

5Set control at 450° and turn on heat.

6Bake for 30 minutes.

7Don't dare peek!

8After the 30 minutes baking time, open oven and pop into a bread basket.

9Serve with tons of butter.

10Then sit back and try not to look smug! Yields 8 popovers.
