- 5 Tbsp. water
- 1 1/4 c. shortening (Crisco)
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions

1Cut shortening into flour.

2Combine egg, water and vinegar. Pour into flour mixture all at once.

3Blend only until moistened with spoon.

4An easy crust to handle without toughening.

5It will keep up to 2 weeks or longer.

6Bake at 375° or 400° for 12 to 15 minutes.
