  • 1 c. lard
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 5 Tbsp. water

Directions

    Combine flour, salt and lard, cutting until well mixed.

    Beat egg until light; add water and vinegar and mix with flour mixture. Will make 4 crusts.

    Can keep in refrigerator 3 to 4 days.
