  • 1 3/4 c. Crisco
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. water

    Combine next 3 ingredients and add to flour mixture.

    Chill dough for at least 15 minutes.

    Makes two 9-inch pies and 1 single crust.
