- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. lard
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 5 Tbsp. cold water
Directions

1Sift flour and salt together.

2Cut in lard until it resembles corn meal.

3Beat egg, vinegar and water together.

4Add to flour mixture.

5Blend thoroughly, using a pastry blender.
