  • 5 c. flour
  • 1 lb. lard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • cold water

Directions

    Mix together flour, lard and salt.

    Beat egg in measuring cup. Work mixture very hard.

    Vinegar keeps it from becoming hard. Makes 8 crusts.

    Divide and separate with waxed paper.

    Freezes very well.
