- 5 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar

1Cut shortening into flour and salt.

3Pour liquid into flour mixture all at one time.

4Blend with spoon just until all the flour is moistened.

5This is an easy crust to handle and can be re-rolled.
