  • 2 1/2 c. sifted flour
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. Crisco
  • 1 egg, beaten in cup with enough milk to 1/2 c.

    Mix flour, sugar, salt and Crisco until crumbly.

    Add egg and milk all at once and stir with fork until mixed.

    Makes enough for 1 double crust pie shell.
